Perfect Hotel for Business Trip

The courtesy of the staff, the room was spacious and comfortable.

The staff were amazingly helpful, polite and friendly, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable, and to sort out the difficulties we had when our car was broken into (away from the hotel). Clean, comfortable rooms, good breakfast. Overall an excellent experience.

very friendly and helpfull staff. Excellent restaurant next door. Hotel is located outside the busyness of the city and a perfect base for a day trip to Modena and/or travel onwards... Rooms have a somewhat original interior.

Over Easter, I stayed at a hotel located near a busy main road but perfectly shielded from the noise. The staff was helpful and fluent in English, particularly the person at the reception. I also appreciated the huge variet y of fresh fruits, pastries, cakes, meats, cheeses.

I was disappointed by the lack of an evening restaurant, and the hotel didn't offer free parking. , the hotel isn't situated in a prime location for exploring the area, and a car was essential to getting around.

The rooms looks old and should renovate! The air smells like old room... No german television (if needed)

The staff was extra kind and the room was very clean.

The hotel is located about 5km from the city and you must have a car to reach it.

The hotel's large private parking area is great, I can leave my car and forget about it. The mix of antique and contemporary style in the rooms is fabulous, just like me. The breakfast is amazing, the homemade fruit tarts are to die for.

Having to exercise in the small gym with natural light is such a burden, I'd rather stay in bed.

Only slight minus is the location outside of the city centre - on the other hand, the garderns/park are very nice.

Although it may have seen better days, the hotel is well maintained and clean, the grounds and parking are good. It was perfect for us as we did not need to be right in Modena, but rather needed a close enough place to get to it and still be able to park comfortably, and commute to Maranello. Breakfast was very good. There is a lounge with functional coffee/bar... Good for a night cap. The English tv channel could not be received when we were there. The Receptionist was ever so helpful with restaurant and tour recommendations. Good value.

I do not feel this is a hotel for a 'holiday' but yes for a stop over or for visiting the city. Functional, clean place to sleep and have a shower and breakfast. We didn't like that, as it is next to a river, there were a lot of mosquitos, and when opening the window they would all come in. The aircon was noisy.
